Allow me to introduce..

Been rearranging and organizing the website. More changes and some new features in the upcoming weeks. In the meantime, I put together a bit of an introduction for the three video concepts, Quick Eats, The Plate Up, and most recently Order In. I’ve had plans for these three concepts for some time now with the two earlier datings back a few years but this is the first I’ve done something with them all briefly describing the main points of each.

Quick Eats, obviously with the title is intended to be my shortest of videos, with no actual cooking, but a focus on more intricate plated dishes. More of a chance to see the food styling aspect with some composition shots.

The Plate Up is where you begin to see prep. work, cooking, as well as plating in more of a cinematic feel than the flat lay heavy style of Quick Eats.

Order in, the more recent of the two is my attempt at bringing certain recipes & techniques to life visually combine elements of the two previous. Through the video, there’s brief commentary in the form text that gives some insight into the dish along with techniques and information that I find valuable for both restaurant cooks and more adventurous home cooks.
