Pricing and Types of Menu.
- $75/pp 3-course vegetarian menu consisting of one savory appetizer, one entree, as well as a dessert course. 
- $85/pp 3-course menu consisting of one savory vegetarian appetizer, one entree w/ either fish protein, chicken protein, or beef protein, as well as one dessert course. 
- $95/pp 3-course menu consisting of one savory appetizer as well as entree w/ both course including either fish, chicken, or beef protein. One dessert course 
What to expect?
- 3 Course Meal catered to you and the tastebuds of your guest. 
- .55C/Mile. (Chefs kitchen/office to cooking destination) 
- Consultation with Chef Derrick for a customized menu. (Here we will go over potential allergies if any as well as ingredients or dishes that are beloved.) 
- Basic Agreement signing where a 60% deposit is required within 2 weeks from the scheduled cook date. Remainder 40% post-dinner. (More explained during agreement phase.) 
- For the dinner, the chef will bring all equipment and ingredients needed to perform service (pans, seasonings, oil, plates, etc) 
- The chef will clean up the work area and store away leftover prep if any in containers for the client.
